As a job shop, our product, in reality, is the skills and abilities of our personnel. Management, staff, engineering, quality control, supervision, and work force positions are filled with personnel dating back to the beginning of PRO-FAB, Inc. Many of our employees have work experience measured in decades. We have invested heavily in training our employees and promoting a safe and conducive work environment augmented with the latest equipment and technology in order to offer our customers the services they require as efficiently as possible.
